Create promotions buyers unlock in their cart when they buy from you. Manage rules at Seller hub → Discounts.
Open Seller hub from your account menu or dashboard, then go to Discounts. You can create multiple rules, turn them on or off, and set optional start/end dates or usage limits.
Percent off - buyers save a percentage when they reach a minimum quantity (for example, 20% off when buying 3 or more eligible items).
Fixed amount off - buyers save a dollar amount when they reach a minimum quantity (for example, $5 off when buying 2 or more).
Buy X get Y - bundle pricing such as buy 2 get 1 free, or buy 3 and the cheapest item is 50% off. The discounted units are always the lowest-priced eligible items in the cart.
All listings - every active listing you sell, whether listed on your profile or shop.
My profile - only items listed from your personal profile storefront.
My shop - only items listed under your approved shop.
Specific listings - hand-pick which listings qualify.
When a buyer adds your eligible items to their cart, the best matching active discount is applied automatically. They see the savings before checkout - no coupon codes needed.
Discounts apply to the merchandise subtotal for eligible items. Platform fees are calculated on the discounted subtotal. Shipping is separate.
Items purchased through an accepted binding offer are not eligible for cart discounts.
Use profile scope for personal collection sales and shop scope for booth or inventory listings - you can run different promos on each storefront.
Buy-X-get-Y works well for pins, charms, and small items buyers often pick up in multiples.
Volume percent-off rules are a simple way to reward buyers clearing out a shelf of figures or manga.
