Shipping

For buyers

Enter your shipping address at checkout. Live rates from USPS, UPS, and FedEx are fetched via Shippo based on the seller's location and your package weight.

Shipping is added to your Stripe payment along with the item cost. If a listing offers free shipping, the seller pays for postage when they print the label.

If your cart includes items from multiple sellers, you will complete a separate checkout for each seller.

For sellers

Set your ship-from address under Account → Addresses before listing. Choose an accurate package weight when creating listings so buyers see correct rates.

After a sale, open Your sales and click Create Shippo label to purchase and print postage. Tracking is shared with the buyer automatically.

• Package items securely to prevent damage
• Ship within a reasonable timeframe after payment
• Use Messages to communicate with buyers if needed

Shipping costs

Rates shown at checkout are live quotes from Shippo. The buyer-selected rate is stored on the order so you can purchase the matching label in one click.

Issues & lost packages

Contact the seller first through messages if there is a delay or problem. AniThrift can help mediate disputes but is not the carrier. For payment disputes, refer to Stripe and our Terms of Service.
